Anna Lucia was better than the first book in the series. I love the Castellos and the strong, unwavering relationship they have with the Lord.

Can we clone Vincenzo? Lol. Vincenzo reminds me of Christ. He is gentle, loving and patient. That’s how Christ is with us. The moment Lucinda stopped allowing fear to lead her is the moment she started to live again. I loved how this couple truly depended on God and did not allow lies to rule their lives. The bible says: For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:12‭-‬13 WMB

Vincenzo and Lucinda were able to see what the enemy was trying to do in their lives, but they knew their hope was in Christ. This was a beautiful story and I did not want it to end. Someone please make this a movie. – Deborah Dunson
